Morufat Temitope Adeniran fondly called, ‘Ms. Tope’ is a passionate childcare expert who specializes in early years education, inclusive education, whole child development, alternative schooling and customer service delivery.

Ms. Tope believes in professionalism and continuous personal and professional development. She has converted her love for learning into passion for life-long learning, while also enhancing the trait in children.

Prior to her career in education, she has had many years of experience in one of the top banks in Nigeria, where she began her career and got experiences and training in professionalism, corporate culture and governance, customer service delivery, and international trade.

Her passion and love for children pushed her onto switching and developing a career in education through learning by first taking a volunteer job at Heritage House Montessori School. In addition to her science and engineering background as a first degree from the prestigious University of Lagos, she acquired a diploma in Infant-Toddler Montessori Education from Heritage House Montessori Center and a M.Ed. in Curriculum Design, Instruction and Assessment from Walden University.

She has continued to receive trainings and certifications aligning with her values of continuous development and life-long learning in many areas but not limited to Customer Service Delivery, Emergency Rescue and CPR, Basic First Aid, Leadership, Business Management, Child Health & Safety, Child Psychology, Special Education Needs and Inclusive Education, Coaching and Mentorship amongst others

Ms. Tope is the founder and club coordinator of Fun2Learn Kids’ Club, an enrichment program club for children. She has served as the VP Academics on the pioneer PTA board of Sarah’s Nest Montessori School. an Educational Consultant to A Bairns Cradle and School Coach Ltd, startup preschool and consulting firm respectively here in Lagos, a Classroom Management Consultant and Mentor for new teachers at the prominent Toddler Tree School in Ikeja GRA

Currently, she works at the Early Years Section in Temple Schools, Ilupeju as a classroom teacher, E-learning/ICT and Numeracy Curriculum team lead while running her club and teaching Yoruba Language to children and adults.

Ms. Tope is very big on quality family time as she is a wife and a mother of two. She is interested and available to speak in areas such as children’s development, positive parenting, time management, relationships in the workplace, personal & professional development, grief & recovery, morals & ethics amongst others.
